Chilson Construction as a Regional Dealer Builder of Linwood Homes offers a wide variety of designs to meet every style, budget, and location. For over 50 years Linwood Homes has specialized in custom home design with premium building material in packages.
As a dealer bulding we can modified any of these packages to meet your needs and dreams. Our Architect can change exterior looks, interior looks, modified floor plans, add on additions inlcuding garages.
This can be done in front of you in less than an hour with a 3D presentation, giving you a virtual tour of your home before we even start it.

After finishing your custom house plans, we will determinate the final price, and submit them to obtain Building Permits

Current Projects
Griffon House
Started on September, 2021
The lumber in the package is perfect. Some of the exterior walls are panelized, rafters are pre-cut and everything is packaged and labeled to where it goes. Just the saving in labor is worth it! Currently working on the interior.
Attic Remodeling
December, 2021
Working on enginering plans and permits. Currently retaking this project, it took us seven motnhs to get the permits.

Preparing the site for another Cutomized House by Chilson Construction, which is in production at Linwood Homes Facility. Permits should be received any day...
